Sometimes friend codes don't give a reward. It is the feature of the game. 
There is a certain amount of luck involved. 
Sometimes you get up to 2 Piastres.

To keep out of any bad effect on the game, please change time zones and avoid change the time manually. Also it is better to be done when your game is closed.

 You can miss the Easter offer due to the following reasons:

- you have set the "Low details" option in the application. It can be changed in "Additional services" (a button with a star depicted on it, in the lower left corner of the screen) -> Options -> Graphics: High/low detail. In case the "Low detail" option is set, the animation does not work. 

 - the road from the pier is not attached to your Administrative building.  

Please, make sure that you execute all these conditions and let us know if you still experience the problem after all attempts.

Dear players, you probably noticed that the audience of the game is growing very fast. That is the reason why the administration decided to move the game server to the more powerful hardware. To participate in the offer you need to be at Level 5 and above in your game and you will have an opportunity to construct your own Wonder of the World!
In case you don't have quests from tourists to get the items, please check whether:
- time on your device is set correctly.
- you are not restricted for cheating.

Nano Generator is a special time-limited offer.
The game feature is that you can buy up to five Nano Generators.

To repair the merchant's house please press the "Fix" button in the quest window above the "Accept" button (see the attached file).
The drawing pieces can be found at your friends' islands when you clean the buildings. You need to clean the buildings for about 30 times so that the prints start dropping out. You can also buy the missing pieces for piastres in the windows with the terms of the offer or in "Warehouse" -> "Drawings". Please, also follow Leonid's quests to find another way to get blue prints.

To get in-game money from Facebook/Twitter you should get a window informing you of "level-up" or some game "achievement". 
In the pop-up window press Facebook or Twitter icon and connect to get the game money.

Buildings can be placed only on cleared areas next to the road. A place that is available for construction is highlighted with green colour. The entrance of the building should be adjacent to the road. Please, mind the surface! There are buildings that  require sand, water and land as a foundation.

You can find your friend code here:
Sociality (a button in the right lower corner of the screen with three people depicted on it) -> Services -> Invite friends (then you will see your friend code that you can post).

To register your game click the "Registration" button that can be found in the right lower corner of the screen (an icon with three people depicted on it). Then input your unique in-game nickname, the name of your island and complete the registration.
Make sure you have Internet connection to register your game.

The terms of the offer are stated in the pop-up window that appears when you click the symbol of the offer above the first pier (it changes according to the subject of the offer). All players have equal amount of time to complete the quest. In case the special offer is over and you were not able to get the award, don't get upset! Soon we are planning to release new offers and you will have more opportunities to succeed.

In case a friend was deleted, you need to wait for 30 days. Then you can add him/her again.
This temporary limitation is a game feature.

A player can invite 10 friends and accept 20 invitations a day.

A friend code can be used by many players but each player can use it only once.
You can redeem only one friend code throughout the game.
